Q1. Why is there such a long delivery time for my Braithwaite?
A1. Because Braithwaite Wallets, Inc. is a newly launched startup company, I (Connor Ferster) do not have the capital to produce our first run of wallets on my own. In addition to providing an organic way to finance the business, it also allows me to test the market to see if people out there actually want these wallets!
Q2. Are your wallets going to be sold in stores?
A2. At this point, I haven’t really envisioned it happening but, I don’t plan on it. Part of the reason is that I want to be able to keep offering people un-paralleled service throughout the life spans of their wallets and it would be hard to keep track of customers when wallets are sold in retail stores. Another reason is because retailers have to make a profit, also. If I start selling to stores, then the price will invariably have to rise.
Q3. Do you plan on making a women’s line? How about man bags?
A3. Part of the reason for starting this company is because I feel that there is currently no company that solely focuses on the development of the men’s wallet. If we diversify, then I don’t believe I could call the company the expert in wallets. As far as a women’s line goes, I don’t currently have plans to do so (but, that could change) mainly for a similar reason: I feel that there are already an abundance of a women’s wallet/purse companies in existence and they are well served (perhaps though, maybe they aren’t. Ladies, if this is the case, drop me a line).

For shipments in Canada:
All shipments will be shipped via FedEx Ground for delivery in 5 days from the ship date. On the ship date, we will provide you with your tracking number via email.
For shipments in the United States:
All shipments will be shipped via FedEx Ground for delivery in 5-7 days from the ship date. On the ship date, we will provide you with your tracking number via email.
For international shipments:
