Pre-Order FAQ

About

We don't make wallets in HUGE quantities, only about 150 of each color at a time. We have thousands of people on our customer/mailing list. Pre-ordering is a way for us to offer our wallets to our biggest fans first (that is, if you are on the list; sign up on the front-page).

The current run of wallets for pre-order are just finishing being made but won't ship to you until they are received at my office in Calgary, Canada. They are available for pre-sale, your credit card will be charged at the time of pre-order, and your wallet will be SHIPPED TO YOU in 16 days, or less, from today (December 1, 2011).

Refunds

You may ask for a full refund for your pre-order any time between the time you place order and the time that your wallet ships. Once your wallet ships, you will need to ship it back to me within 10 days to receive your refund. If your wallet has been monogrammed, there are no refunds possible. The wallet has been personalized to you and is now yours.

Shipping

Your wallet will be shipped to you on or before December 16 (16 days away from December 1, 2011) with the shipping method that you choose in the check out. DO NOT SELECT A NON-TRACEABLE SHIPPING METHOD IF IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR WALLETS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! Once a wallet has shipped via a non-traceable method, there is nothing that I or anyone can do for you. USE NON-TRACEABLE SHIPPING AT YOUR OWN RISK! I offer it as a service for very inexpensive shipping but Canada Post/USPS letter mail is not as reliable as courier shipping.
