You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of the receipt of the product.

Deliveries to Canada and the United States take on average 2 days to arrive, depending on the shipping company, FedEx. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. While Braithwaite Wallets, Inc. includes shipping costs at the time of deposit, any and all duty fees required for shipments outside of Canada will the responsibility of the customer. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has still not been delivered after 10 days of the shipping date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include FedEx.
